Reels will be honored for 60th anniversary

CANFIELD -- Family gatherings are being planned to honor Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Reel of 5575 Kirk Road on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary.
The couple were married June 19, 1942, in Austintown.
Their family includes their children and their spouses, R. Clifford and Kathy Reel of Franklin, Jeannette and Clifford Grady of North Jackson and Atty. Ronald and Dr. Barbara Reel of Virginia Beach, Va.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Reel served in the U.S. Army as a radio operator and repairman during World War II and retired in 1978 from the Canfield post office, where he was employed as a rural letter carrier.
His wife, the former June Martin, is a homemaker.
The couple are members of Smith Corners United Methodist Church.
