Warren Rotary presents service award

WARREN -- John Taylor received the first Lester Stauffer Community Service Award during a meeting June 20 at Vernon's Restaurant in Niles.
Stauffer, who joined the Rotary Club in 1942, served as president, district governor and had perfect attendance for 59 years. He was an active member until his death.
Taylor, who is Warren city treasurer, has been president of Paiges and Byrnes Insurance since 1987. He is married and the father of three adult children.
Chairpersons were Andrew Bednar and Christina Farr.
