Quota Club honors Edith Cleaveland

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Quota Club met June 13 at St. Frances School of Nursing Auditorium to honor Edith Cleaveland, a 50-year member of the organization.
Olga Nared shared the background story on the honoree, in whose honor a $1,000 scholarship is awarded each year. This year's scholarship recipient is Cynthia McMillin, a college student majoring in speech pathology and audiology.
The agenda also included reinstatement of three members and the induction of a new member.
