YOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Laura Lee Lewis and Mark Fredrick Wait, both of 2831 W. Liberty St., Girard, was solemnized by the Rev. Bob Mack at 2 p.m. May 18 at Four Mile Run Christian Church.
A reception was held at Willow Creek in Girard to honor the daughter of William Lewis, 1764 Dumont, Mineral Ridge, and Kathy Lewis, 15877 Mock Road, Berlin Center, and the son of Fred and Judy Wait, 3825 Ribblet Road.
After accepting congratulations, the couple left on a wedding trip to Florida.
They live at the Liberty Street address.
The bride's white tulle gown was enhanced with pearls and featured spaghetti straps and a full skirt.
Victorian lilac gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Stephanie Sears and the bride's cousin, Stephanie Thomas, and the bridesmaids, Lyndsay Donato, Katie Powell, Natalie Bozin, Stacey Siroki, Ann Nicholson and the groom's sister, Tracy Christy. Flower girl was Kaitlin Christy, his niece.
Serving as best man was Logan Mills, and groomsmen were Dirk Decesare, Joe Black, Jeremiah Garland, Dave Gurd, Dave Johnson and the groom's brother-in-law, Robert Christy. Ring bearer was Logan Wait, the couple's son.
The bride attended Youngstown State University and is a staff assistant with State Farm Insurance, Canfield.
The groom is a laborer with Mike Coates Construction in Niles.
