Kristy Kompanik to be bride of Sam Mosolino Jr.

HOUSTON -- Announcing their engagement are Kristy Lee Kompanik and Sam Joseph Mosolino Jr., both of 4807 Pin Oak Park.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Michael and Noreen Kompanik, 11401 Swan Canyon Road, San Diego, Calif., formerly of Mineral Ridge. Mr. Mosolino is a son of Sam and Barbara Mosolino, 555 Stony Hill Lane, Crystal Lake, Ill.
The couple will be married at 5 p.m. Sept. 7 at Disney's Wedding Pavilion at Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. A reception will follow at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Lake Buena Vista. Invitations will be extended for both events.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in geosciences, Miss Kompanik also earned a master's degree in energy and environmental policy at the University of Delaware in Newark, Del. She is a case manager in flood recovery at Catholic Charities in Houston.
The prospective groom holds bachelor's degrees in finance and economics from Pennsylvania State University and is an internal wholesaler at Aim Funds in Houston.
