Meghan Eckert to be bride of Aaron T. Barter

WASHINGTON -- Capt. and Mrs. William F. Eckert Jr. of Washington, formerly of Boardman, are announcing the coming wedding of their daughter, Meghan Elizabeth Eckert, and Aaron Thomas Barter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Barter of Boothbay, Maine.
Ms. Eckert graduated from Radford University in Radford, Va., where she is employed as the NCAA compliance coordinator.
Her fiance is a graduate of Keene State College in Keene, N.H. He is director of sports information at Radford University.
The couple are planning a July 20 wedding to take place in Arlington, Va.
