FUND-RAISER Bert Forbush III

What: "Raise the Roof" benefit spaghetti dinner for the Forbush family of Austintown; includes a raffle, silent auction and entertainment.
When: 6 p.m. June 29
Where: Christ Church Presbyterian, 1933 Canfield Road in Cornersburg.
Why: Money collected through the event will help pay to raise the roof on the Forbush family's van. Bert Forbush III, 15, has muscular dystrophy and cannot get into the van without tipping his wheelchair.
Tickets: $7 and can be bought by calling (330) 565-4994. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
