KRISTEN GENTILETIMOTHY HEPHNER
NEW MIDDLETOWN -- The Revs. Nicholas Shori and Timothy O'Neill officiated at 1:30 p.m. May 18 at St. Paul the Apostle Church for the wedding of Kristen Gentile and Timothy Hephner. Their parents are Patrick and Denise Gentile, 6339 Columbiana Road, and Timothy and Debra Hephner, 307 Park Ave., Lowellville.
A reception was held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall in Youngstown. The couple, who honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise, live at 46 Edgewater Drive, Poland.
The bride wore a white sleeveless gown of matte satin. It was enhanced with embroidery, pearls and bugle beads, and the skirt fell to a chapel train.
Her sister, Tamara Sabrin, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Maria Gentile, her sister-in-law; Jocelyn Eckman, the groom's sister; Carole Gentile and Alexis Yerage, her cousins; Michelle Shafer; and Georgette Kashawlie. They wore buttercup-yellow gowns. Flower girl was Danette Kashawlie.
Justin Hephner was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Mike Eckman, his brother-in-law; Patrick and Matt Gentile, the bride's brothers; Jeff Sabrin, her brother-in-law; Jimmy Ramunno; and Jason Tirotta. Her nephews, Nicholas Sabrin and Vincenzo Gentile, were ring bearers.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, Mrs. Hephner is a news producer for WKBN/WYFX in Youngstown. Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from YSU and is employed in sales at Home Depot in Boardman.
