Richard Oliver, 46, of Bryant Avenue: Another pretrial hearing has been set for June 24 in Judge Elizabeth A. Kobly's court.
Gerald Moon, 42, of Granite Street: Also charged with driving under suspension. The soliciting charge was reduced to disorderly conduct, and Moon pleaded no contest. Judge Kobly gave him 30 days in jail, suspended it all, fined him $100 and placed him on one year of nonreporting probation. Another pretrial hearing on the traffic charge was set for July 11.
Albert Watkins, 51, of West LaClede Avenue: The soliciting charge was reduced to disorderly conduct and Watkins pleaded no contest. Judge Robert A. Douglas Jr. gave him 30 days in jail, suspended it all, fined him $150 and placed him on six months' nonreporting probation.
Carl Hazlett, 41, of Esme Drive, Girard: Another pretrial has been set for July 9 in Judge Kobly's court.
Raymond Johnson, 44, of Wakefield Avenue: Also charged with drug abuse (marijuana). Another pretrial was set for June 24 on both charges in Judge Kobly's court.
Mark Bannarn, 43, of West Earle Avenue: Pleaded no contest to the soliciting charge. Judge Douglas gave him 30 days in jail, suspended it all, fined him $50 and placed him on six months' reporting probation.
Of the 10 men charged, three from Youngstown, Ryan Morgan, Robert J. Weimer and Jeffrey Gregory, pleaded no contest at arraignment May 13. Judge Douglas gave each 30 days in jail, suspended it all, fined each $100 and placed each on one year of nonreporting probation.
Jamal Hall, 29, of Kenyon Avenue pleaded innocent May 13, and his next court date was set for July 12 in Judge Robert P. Milich's court. He also is charged with possession of drugs (marijuana) and driving with a suspended license.
