Damnion Hill, 25, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon, cocaine possession.
Lance Huckleby, 36, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Paul Jeffrey Amon, 47, Indian Run Drive, Canfield; felonious assault.
Mohammad Amin, 42, Amherst Avenue, Youngstown; robbery, tampering with records.
Michael R. Maynard, 21, North Osborne Avenue, Youngstown; deception to obtain dangerous drugs.
Dawon Townsend, 27, Whitman Lane, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking.
Enrico Rhodes, 25, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of firearm.
Hector Pagan, 24, East Earle Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated marijuana trafficking.
The following people were no-billed, meaning the grand jury heard evidence and declined to indict them:
Aaron Holt, 20, East Calla Road, New Middletown; arson.
Christopher Petrus, 20, Springfield Road, New Springfield; arson.
