POLAND -- A township man is accused of stealing electricity from a neighbor.
David F. Vasvari, 25, of Tala Drive, pleaded innocent to a theft charge Friday in Struthers Municipal Court.
Police say he illegally tapping into the electrical box of his neighbors after Ohio Edison cut off service to his apartment for unpaid bills.
The landlady found the wires connecting the two boxes and called police.
Vasvari was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled for trial Aug. 21.
