ATV reported stolen
CANFIELD -- A Yamaha Beartracker ATV worth $3,400 has been reported stolen from a barn in the 8400 block of North Palmyra Road. The owner told a Mahoning County deputy that he believes the thief entered through an animal door sometime between Monday, when the vehicle was parked in the barn, and Thursday evening, when it was missed.
Assault trial date set
STRUTHERS -- A trial date of Aug. 7 was set for Frank S. Coscarelli, 45, of 613 Lee Avenue, Youngstown. Coscarelli was arrested Monday after he reportedly assaulted a clerk at the Goodwill Store, 466 Youngstown-Poland Road. According to police reports, Coscarelli became irate after being asked to leave the store, shouted profanities, lunged over a counter and struck the clerk.
