Charles and Grace McMonagle of Honolulu are announcing the birth of their second child, a daughter, Stephani Kristyn, May 10 at Triplier Military Hospital in Honolulu. The baby is a granddaughter of Patricia and James Cloward of Englewood, Fla. Her great-grandmother is Martha Angelo of Hubbard.
