YOUNGSTOWN -- Because of a typographical error on an indictment by the assistant U.S. attorney prosecuting eight men in a crack cocaine case, a man was incorrectly identified as being charged in the case.
A picture published Friday with a story was of Jason E. Heard, 28, of Youngstown, who is not charged.
Jason N. Heard, 28, of Youngstown was the man charged.
