Parents announce Holmes-Ylonen engagement

MINERAL RIDGE -- The engagement of Kelly Holmes, 1842 Farmdale Ave., and A.J. Ylonen of Poland is being announced by the bride-to-be's parents, James and Arlene Holmes of the Farmdale Avenue address.
Parents of the future groom are Arnold and Barb Ylonen, 1765 Dumont Drive.
Four Mile Run Christian Church in Youngstown will be the setting for the couple's open wedding ceremony to take place at 2 p.m. Sept. 21. An evening reception by invitation is planned at the Maronite Center, also in Youngstown.
Miss Holmes graduated from Ohio University, Athens, with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is the benefits manager at Schwebel Baking Co. in Youngstown.
Mr. Ylonen is an installer with Heydle Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. in Youngstown. He graduated from ETI Technical College in Niles.
