SIDELIGHTS For all seniors



SCOPE Howland Senior Center, 9273 High St. N.E., Warren, is offering beginner tap-dance classes from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays. Jason Burgermyer will be the instructor, and cost is $2 to be paid directly to him. Free computer classes are being offered from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday. There is a $5 fee for non-Howland residents. A dinner cruise and Longaberger basket factory excursion is planned for June 19. The trip will include a visit to Roscoe Village. Departure is at 7 a.m. with a return at 10:30 p.m. Cost is $68 per person and includes all entrance fees and the dinner cruise in Zanesville. The garden club will meet for a picnic and plant exchange at 10:30 a.m. June 20. Members are to take a casserole. Reservations are being taken at the front desk for the ABC luncheon to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 27. Cost is $3.50 per person or $4.50 at the door.
