Lori Schmalzried, Mark Mikulka set date for Aug. 3

GIRARD -- Jim and Pam Schmalzried, 720 Churchill Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lori Schmalzried of the same address, to Mark Mikulka, 6 E. Liberty St., son of Lauri and John McLane, 426 E. Liberty St., and Mark and Lisa Mikulka, 1800 Wingate Court, Virginia Beach, Va.
Aug. 3 has been chosen by the couple for their 1:30 p.m. wedding at St. Mary Church in Warren. A reception will be held at Aulizio's Banquet Center, also in Warren. Invitations will be extended for both events.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in early childhood education, Miss Schmalzried is employed as a waitress at Jib-Jab in Girard.
Her fiance is pursuing a degree in chemical engineering at YSU and is employed in quality co-op at General Extrusions in Youngstown.
