VFW 3307, auxiliary install officers

YOUNGSTOWN -- A joint installation of officers was held by VFW Post 3307 and its auxiliary May 26 at the post home on Albert Street.
The following auxiliary officers were inducted: Mae Kohn, president; JoAnn White, senior vice president; Darlene Brown, second vice president; Donna Russo, secretary/treasurer; Maeouida Barrickman, chaplain; Cathleen Johnson, conductress; Beverly Moser, guard; Gina Siwila, three-year trustee; Nadine Bartholomew, two-year trustee; and Nancy Kohn, one-year trustee.
Faye Doyle, District 8 president, was installing officer, and installing conductress was Wanda Thompson, District 8 senior vice president. Russo was installing secretary. The auxiliary also marked its 65th anniversary at the event.
The Rev. Dr. Barry Walker was installing officer for the following VFW officers: William L. Kohn, commander; Frank A. Russo, quartermaster; Paul R. Schell, chaplain; Richard Greene, senior vice commander; Mike Mraz, junior vice commander; Gary White, surgeon; and James Pero, Ralph Connor and Don White, trustees.
A joint memorial service in honor of deceased members followed the installation along with a covered dish dinner.
