Agassi moves on
For the second time in as many matches, Andre Agassi, the oldest player left in the French Open draw, had to get by a 20-year-old upstart. He defeated Tommy Robredo easily in the third round, but on Monday he struggled against Paul-Henri Mathieu, rallying from two sets and a break down to win 4-6, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3, 6-3. Page C5.
Steelers release Jones
The Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday released inside linebacker Mike Jones. He was signed by the Steelers last year as insurance to protect Kendrell Bell, who was drafted in the second round. But Bell developed more quickly than expected, taking most of the playing time away from Jones.
