KENT -- A breakfast with candidates for the 17th Congressional District seat is set for 7:30 a.m. June 14 at Kent State University Student Center. Tickets are $20 each. State Sen. Timothy J. Ryan, state Rep. Ann Womer Benjamin and Warren Davis have confirmed their attendance; U.S. Rep. James A. Traficant has not.
