The Better Business Bureau serving Columbiana, Trumbull and Mahoning counties offers several avenues for consumers who want to file a complaint or check on the record of a local business:
Online: A consumer can check for complaints against a local business or file a complaint by logging onto the BBB Web site, www.youngstown.bbb.org.
By phone: Consumers can check a company's record with the BBB by using its automated 24-hour telephone service. The caller must be ready with the company's telephone number.
In person: Service representatives can take a complaint or check a company's record when contacted by phone or in person.
