WARREN Desire to adopt births group

Nine people have been convicted since November 2001 as a result of the Youngstown litter enforcement program, bringing total convictions since April 2001 to 17. To date, one $500 reward has been distributed for information leading to a conviction.
Name: Frank B. Clark Jr., Youngstown.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage. Sentence: $350 fine plus $60 court costs, 30 days in jail suspended, one year's probation.
Name: Ralph Gilbert III, Youngstown.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage. Sentence: $350 fine plus $60 court costs, 29 days in jail suspended, one year's probation.
Name: Wilbert S. Howard, Austintown.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage.Sentence: $350 fine plus $60 court costs, must clean up garbage.
Name: Christopher R. Thomas, Warren.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage. Sentence: $350 fine plus $60 court costs, six months' nonreporting probation.
Name: Wardell Langston, Campbell. Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage. Sentence: $250 fine plus $60 court costs, 180 days in jail suspended, 40 hours' community service, one year's probation.
Name: Octagon Leggett, Youngstown.Charge: No refuse hauler license.Sentence: $250 fine plus $60 court costs, 10 days in jail suspended, one year's nonreporting probation.
Name: Daniel Richardson, Youngstown. Charge: Littering from a motor vehicle.Sentence: $50 fine plus $60 court costs.
Name: Stokes Brown, Youngstown.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage. Sentence: $40 fine plus $60 court costs.
Name: Terry N. Trianghese, Boardman.Charge: Littering/deposit of garbage (reduced to disorderly). Sentence: $10 fine plus $60 court costs.
