LIBERTY -- Raymond R. Carlson of Lowellville has joined MVI Home Care as a clinical pharmacist. Carlson, a registered nurse, graduated from Canfield High School in 1980 and earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. He had been a pharmacy manager at Phar-Mor.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Renee Benson has been promoted to site director at the new Warren West Community Health Center. She had been clinical coordinator at the Youngstown Community Health Center. Benson attended St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing.
Bobbie Ann Dunn has joined the staff at the Youngstown Community Health Center as the women's health coordinator for Mahoning and Trumbull counties. She is a student at Youngstown State University and has several years' experience in women's health.
GIRARD -- Dian Ruggiero Backoff, formerly of Girard, has been promoted to general manager of the Broward County region of VITAS, a hospice organization in Florida. She joined VITAS 17 years ago as a field nurse and has held a wide range of positions within the organization, most recently as general manager of call centers. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in health services administration from Barry University in Miami.

WARREN -- Creekside Gardens has promoted two employees to management positions. Nora Millik and Christian Schenk will share responsibilities managing the retail and nursery operations at the garden center and landscaping supply business.
