Miss Williamson, Mr. Cherne to exchange vows

BOARDMAN -- Allan and Nancy Williamson, 5530 Loretta Drive, are announcing the coming marriage of their daughter, Melissa Ann Williamson, 5930 Sunrise Drive, Ypsilanti, Mich., to Christopher Nicholas Cherne, 4586 Victorian Square West, Canton, Mich.
Mr. Cherne is a son of Nancy and Roe Haskin, 6390 Camp Blvd., Salem, and the late Kenneth Cherne.
The couple's open ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 10 at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park, where a reception by invitation will be held that evening.
Miss Williamson holds a master's degree in audiology from the University of Akron and is an audiologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Her fiance is a foreman at Olympic Laser Processing in Canton.
