Charges: Failure to appear in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on charges of attempted theft and receiving stolen property.
Description of subject: McDowell was last known to be living on Youngstown's North Side. He is black, 20 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and wears glasses.
