XFlora MacDonald Auxiliary 58 will meet for a Dutch treat lunch at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 3 at Bobby D's on Midlothian Boulevard.
CLUBS
XWarren Women's Connection will present a Summer Art Sensation from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Aug. 12 at Avalon Inn and Resort, Howland. Anne Kerpsack Ellis, a docent at Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown, will talk about classes available this fall and about artwork on display. Jeannie Nelson will speak on being a foster mother to abused animals, and Andrea Thompson will sing. The cost is $8.50. A free nursery is available. RELIGIOUS GROUPS
XAuxiliary of the Oblate Sisters of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Warner Road, will not meet in August. The next meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 8. to discuss the card party, which has been changed to Oct. 13.
XHoly Name of Jesus Ladies Guild will meet at noon Aug. 6 in the church social hall. There will be an auction of edible items, and members will be planning the organization's 62nd anniversary celebration. Hostesses will be Ann Semko and Helen Wasko.
SINGLES
XCatholic Alumni Club of Youngstown will attend a concert at the Maag Outdoor Arts Theatre in Boardman Township Park at 7 p.m. Aug. 8 and eat afterward at an area restaurant. Call (330) 788-9844.
