Mill Creek ABWA to hold dinner

BOARDMAN -- Scholarship recipients will be guests of the Mill Creek Chapter of the American Business Women's Association at a dinner at 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at the Lockwood House.

A program, "Literacy for Children," will be presented by Sue Ann Taylor of The Vindicator.
