Lewis-Cornwell wedding is set for mid-August

Gale Lewis-Washington of 6043 Applecrest Court, Boardman, and Terry R. Lewis of 548 Idora Ave., Youngstown, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, LaShonda Elizabeth Lewis, 812 Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, to Anthony Allen Cornwell, 154 Thorton St., Youngstown.
Mr. Cornwell is a son of Gladys J. Cornwell of the Thorton Street address and the late Alvin C. Cornwell Sr.
The couple will be married at 4 p.m. Aug. 16 at Victory Lutheran Church in Youngstown, and a reception will be held that evening at Archangel Michael Center in Campbell. Invitations will be extended for both events.
Miss Lewis is employed in medical records at Eye Care Associates Inc. in Youngstown and will attend the MTC Training Centre, Ohio Basic Police Academy, in Niles in September.
Her fiance graduated from Akron Barber College and is a licensed professional barber and stylist at May's Barber Shop & amp; Billiards in Youngstown. He also served in the U.S. Navy.
