Annual Tour of Ponds
VIENNA -- Colonial Gardens' second annual Tour of Ponds will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The self-guided tour of 37 water gardens in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
Booklets may be bought for $5 at Colonial Gardens on state Route 193. For more information, contact the gardens at (330) 539-5964.
No meeting
YOUNGSTOWN -- Mahoning County commissioners will not meet Thursday. The next meeting is at 4 p.m. Aug. 1 at the Ohio State University Extension Office, 490 S. Broad St., Canfield.
