Amanda Guthrie, Russell Frederick to wed Oct. 12

YOUNGSTOWN -- Announcement is being made by Donald and Deborah Guthrie, 2505 Vollmer Drive, of the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Renee Guthrie, 1877 Annalee Drive, Nashville, Tenn., and Russell Lane Frederick, also of the Annalee Drive address.
Mr. Frederick is a son of Kathleen Frederick, 915 Kingsway Circle, Howard, and the late Rev. David C. Frederick.
An open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. Oct. 12 at St. Christine Church. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at McMenamy's in Niles.
Miss Guthrie attended Youngstown State University.
Her fiance is the owner of Platinum Entertainment in Nashville.
