Theft: A resident of the 100 block of Talsman Drive reported three rings valued at $5,000 were stolen, including a platinum and diamond wedding ring, a gold and diamond engagement ring and an emerald and diamond ring.
July 6
Theft: An Ohio driver's license and $70 in cash were reported stolen from the purse of an 18-year-old Canfield woman who noticed the items were missing after attending several graduation parties.
July 9
Theft: A 60-year-old Youngstown man was caught by security personal in the parking lot of Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St., by store security and later arrested by police for stealing 34 packs of cigarettes and two packages of grapes valued at more than $122.62.

Theft: An AM/FM CD player and compact discs were stolen from an auto in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Criminal damaging: A window was broken in a vehicle in the 500 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: Credit cards were reported stolen from Austinwoods Nursing Home, 4780 Kirk Road.
Attempted burglary: A window screen was cut in the 100 block of Howard Avenue.
Forgery: Money was reported taken from a victim's checking account at Second National Bank, 60 Ohltown Road.
Property damage: A vinyl fence was damaged in the 1000 block of Signature Place.
