BOARDMAN --After their wedding at 6 p.m. June 8 at St. Luke Church, Jay Janciga and his bride, the former Wendy Andello, were honored during a reception at Colonial Catering in Canfield.
After a honeymoon at Myrtle Beach, S.C., the newlyweds live at 4147 Riverside Drive.
Parents of the bride are David and Patricia Andello, 2905 Rexford Road, Youngstown. The groom is a son of Richard and Roberta Janciga, 128 Bheam Ave., Johnstown, Pa.
Pearls enhanced the bodice of the bride's satin sheath gown. Crisscross straps and a detachable cathedral train added back interest.
Champagne and cream dresses were worn by the honor attendants, Gina Camardo of Austintown, sister of the bride, and Melissa Gregory of Columbus, and the bridesmaid, Jamie Janciga of Johnstown, the groom's sister.
The duties of best man were performed by Richard Beatty of West Virginia, and serving as groomsmen were Tim Andello of Youngstown, brother of the bride, and Jeff Janciga of Pennsylvania, the groom's brother.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is a department manager at Stein Mart.
The groom, a recreation specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons at Elkton, graduated from Slippery Rock University.
