CAMPBELL -- The Rev. John Trimbur presided at 2 p.m. June 8 at St. John the Baptist Church for the wedding of Melissa Barbero, 7376 West Blvd., Boardman, and Michael D'Altorio, 1299 Shields Road, Youngstown.
A reception was held at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman for the daughter of Dominic Barbero of the West Boulevard address and Monica Barbero, 7616 Hitchcock Road, Boardman, and the son of Al and Kathy D'Altorio, 1950 Wingate Road, Youngstown.
They live at the groom's address.
The bride's sleeveless white tulle gown featured an embroidered bodice, dropped waistline, full skirt and sweep train.
The bride's sister and honor attendant, Kristen Tallman, and the bridesmaids, Tiffany Kashmiry and the bride's cousins, Lily Higgins, Robyn Lazich and Evie Lazich, wore light-blue gowns. Flower girl was her niece, Kayla Barbero.
Jeff D'Altorio was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Doug Chandler, John Jarvis, Bobby DiLoretto, Tom Lipka and the bride's brothers, Dominic and Anthony Barbero. Ring bearers were her nephew, Zachary Tallman, and the groom's nephew, Anthony D'Altorio.
The bride, an accounts manager with Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab Inc., Warren, attended Youngstown State University.
The groom graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in education and earned a master's in school counseling at Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pa. He is a guidance counselor with Howland Local Schools, Warren.
