Michael and Carla (Moser) Flatley of Fort Myers, Fla., are announcing the birth of their second child, a son, River Carl, June 19 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. Carl Moser of Canfield and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Bufalino of Los Angeles.
