What's in a name?

Fledgling makeup company Urban Decay and industry giant Revlon are locked in a legal battle over the rights to hot shades of nail polish, eye shadow and lipstick with such names as "Rust," "Bruise," "Roach" and "Plague." Similar tones now are sold by both companies under different names.
