YOUNGSTOWN -- The Arthritis Foundation will have two recruitment meetings for volunteers to compete in a marathon in Hawaii this winter.
Participants will receive 20 weeks of personalized training, round-trip airfare to the marathon in Honolulu, Hawaii, hotel accommodations, marathon entry fees, fund-raising materials, group parties, Joints in Motion gear, and support, nutrition and injury prevention counseling. The marathon is Dec. 8.
Recruitment meetings are at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Barnes & amp; Noble, 381 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman, and 6:30 p.m. July 17 at Borders, 2102 Niles-Cortland Road, Niles.
