JENNIFER CLACKOJASON DURAN
CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Jennifer Clacko of Santa Rosa, Calif., became the bride of Jason Duran, also of Santa Rosa, during a ceremony June 1 at the home of the groom's mother, Patricia Buszdieker of Cupertino. The Rev. Karen Haughey officiated at the 2 p.m. service and later the newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at the Quinlan Community Center.
The bride is a daughter of Phillip and Jacqueline Clacko of Canfield. The groom also is a son of Jess Duran of Santa Rosa.
Gold embroidered roses highlighted the bride's gown of off-white satin in a strapless design.
The mother of the bride was honor attendant. Flower girl was Keara Clacko of Maple Grove, Minn., the niece of the bride.
Ken Buszdieker of Cupertino, the stepfather of the groom, performed the duties of best man.
Mrs. Duran graduated with a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in library science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is the children's services librarian at Sonoma County Library in Santa Rosa.
Mr. Duran earned a bachelor's degree in English at San Francisco State University. He is a library technician at Sonoma County Library.
The newlyweds are making their home in Santa Rosa.
