UNDER CONSTRUCTION: The tower, or rajagopuram, which is under construction, will complete the Sri Siva Vishnu Temple in Lanham, Md. The temple, which was originally built in 1991, is adding the tower, an architectural feature that completes its design as a Hindu temple.
