FATE UNDECIDED: The future of the LTV Coke Plant on Main Avenue S.W. in Warren was still undetermined this morning as Tonawanda Coke Corp., a potential buyer of the facility, hurried to find customers willing to commit to buying its coke. LTV planned to shut down the plant today if there is no sale.
