YOUNGSTOWN -- Protestant Family Service will have its 31st Annual Meeting on Feb. 18 at First Presbyterian Church. The cost is $15 per person. Fellowship is at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m.
Women's Day service
YOUNGSTOWN -- Phillip's Chapel C.M.E. Church will have its Annual Women's Day Service at 11 a.m. Sunday. Linda McNair, co-publisher of the Buckeye Review, will be the guest speaker.
Missionary to speak
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Chris Smith, a missionary to Spain and director of a Bible school in the United Kingdom, will speak at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Temple Worship Center.
Organ recital
ALLIANCE -- St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Alliance will present an organ recital at 4 p.m. Feb. 10 by Dr. Timothy E. Guenther, director of music at First Lutheran Church in Mansfield. The recital will feature sacred and secular music performed on St. Paul's 43 rank Bunn-Minnick Pipe Organ that was installed in 1998.
Guenther is director and supervisor of five choirs (two adult, high school, children and handbell) and teaches part time at Ashland College. Call (330) 823-2285.
