A contract with the Youngstown Civic Center Development Corp. that makes the agency an advisory board to the proposed downtown project and gives the city final decision-making authority.Additions and subtractions that add a total of $35,774 to a contract with Marucci & amp; Gaffney Excavating for work on the Ohio Works Industrial Park. The addition is a settlement to avoid legal action in a dispute over payment owed. The change brings the contract to $1,034,055.A subtraction of $70,177 for work not needed from a contract with McCourt Construction for street resurfacing, lowering the contract to $851,902.A $20,000 loan from the minority/women business enterprise program to Cooper Electric.A contract not to exceed $10,000 with WorkMed/Forum Health for drug testing of city workers with commercial driver's licenses.Severance of $2,597 for Michael McBride, the chief planner in the planning office who retired Dec. 31.
