Knights of Pythias 343 installs officers

NORTH JACKSON -- New officers for 2002 were installed Jan. 11 by the Knights of Pythias Lodge 343 at the lodge hall in North Jackson.
Those who will lead the organization this year are Dick Clegg, chancellor commander; Bill Gothard, vice chancellor; Mike Merkel, secretary; Cliff Dreger, treasurer; Dan Megown, financial secretary; Ray Wilson, master at works; Wilbur Kale, inner guard; Walt Jones, outer guard; George Haney, prelate; and John Burchette, Haney and Tom Sheppard, trustees.
A ham and bean dinner will be held for members and friends at 4 p.m. Feb. 2.
