Rehearsals set
HOWLAND -- The Trumbull County Area Lutheran Coalition is sponsoring a Lenten performance of Gabriel Faurer's "Requiem" at 4 p.m. March 17 in Emanuel Lutheran Church in Warren. Rehearsals will be at 7:30 p.m. each Monday in February at Living Lord Lutheran Church in Howland.
Expert to speak

Feast day set
YOUNGSTOWN -- Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church will have its annual feast day and service award dinner after the Divine Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 10.

Singer at banquet
HUBBARD -- Kelly Williams of Mineral Ridge, a songwriter and singer who was born blind, will give her testimony at a Christian family fellowship banquet at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Brentford House. Interfaith talks
WOOSTER -- The College of Wooster's Clergy Academy of Religion will mark its 36th anniversary with a series of talks on religious misunderstanding and the need for interfaith dialogue after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. "Preaching Love: The Power of Multi-Faith Dialogue" will be offered from 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays through March 5 in the Lean Lecture Room of Wishart Hall. Arts ministry
EAST PALESTINE -- Wesley Brainard, founder and artistic director for Charakter Ministry of the Arts, will perform at 7 p.m. Feb. 10 at Centenary United Methodist Church. The Warren-area native has a bachelor of fine arts degree from Youngstown State University and a master of arts degree from Oral Roberts University Seminary, and is an honors graduate of the famed Marcel Marceau School of Mime in Paris.
Valentine concert
BOARDMAN -- "Hearts to Him" is the theme of the choral program the Grove City Touring Choir will present during a Valentine concert at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 10 at Glenwood Methodist Church. The 50-member choir consists of students at Grove City College, Grove City, Pa.
