Actress once worked for mortuary

Before she found fame and considerable fortune starring in such hits as "Ghost" and "Sister Act", Whoopi Goldberg held a different job -- at a funeral parlor, giving the dead a final makeover.
Interviewed by Britain's Daily Telegram, she recalled: "The money was good. You made your own hours. You were left to yourself pretty much. And the customer rarely talked back."
