U Elected Rev. Daniel Rohan as board president and Beth Donofrio as vice president.
U Named the following committee heads: Personnel, Karen Repasky; finance, Diana Petruska; buildings and grounds, Robert Dolan; athletics, Donofrio; vocational, Rohan.
U Changed the regular meeting time to 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.
U Approved a $379,106 change order to add four classrooms to the new K-8 facility under construction. The change will be fully funded by the state.

U Elected Joseph Edwards as board president and Joann Rish as vice president.
U Approved purchase of four, 71-passenger buses over the next two years from Myers Equipment of Canfield at a total cost of $229,519.
