Luff-Parker engagement is announced

UNIONTOWN -- The engagement of Kristen Ann Luff and Bruce William Parker, both of 2119 Stonehenge Circle, Akron, is announced by her parents, David and Marsha Luff, 3940 Walnut Wood Way.
Miss Luff, a fourth-grade teacher with Akron Public Schools, graduated from Miami University at Oxford with a bachelor's degree.
Mr. Parker is a son of Lewis and Rosemary Parker, 3667 Meander Reserve Circle, Canfield. He holds a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and is a high-school teacher with Mogadore Local Schools.
The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they have planned for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Akron, and for their reception afterward at Raintree Country Club in Green.
