CLEVELAND 3 from Valley indicted on drug charges

CLEVELAND -- A federal grand jury has indicted David J. Holden, 48, of Creed Circle, Campbell, and Barbara Woods, 47, and Otis Woods, 70, both of Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown, on narcotics charges.
Count one of the indictment charges all three with conspiracy to distribute more than 11 pounds of cocaine.
If convicted, they each face a mandatory minimum of 10 years to a maximum of life imprisonment and $4 million fine.
Count two charges Otis Woods with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of 55.84 grams of cocaine. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and $1 million fine.
Count three charges Barbara Woods and Otis Woods with possession with the intent to distribute 5.23 grams of crack cocaine. If convicted, they face a mandatory minimum of five to a maximum of 40 years imprisonment and a $2 million fine.
Count four charges Barbara and Otis Woods with possession with intent to distribute about 298 grams of cocaine. If convicted, they face a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
The indictment also seeks forfeiture of Holden's home and bank account.
The case is being prosecuted by Joseph M. Pinjuh and Edward F. Feran, assistant U.S. attorneys, after a yearlong investigation by agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration Youngstown and Cleveland offices, and others.
