Woman charged
SHARON, Pa. -- Leslie Ann Dilley, 30, of First Street, Fredonia, was freed on her own recognizance after her arrest on charges of failure to make required disposition of funds received and misappropriation of entrusted property.
Police said Dilley was named executrix of her late father's estate and that, between August 2000 and August 2001, she is accused of spending $15,000 from the estate on herself rather than allocating it as directed by her father's will.
A warrant was issued for her arrest and she turned herself in at the police station at 1 a.m. Monday. She was arraigned before District Justice James McMahon.
