Jennifer and Michael Oppenheimer, 1347 Lamplighter Lane, Fairborn, announce the birth of a son, Michael William II, Feb. 19 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. The baby's grandparents are Jack and Sue Seich of Canton and Bill and Gloria Oppenheimer, 550 Heatherwood Drive S.E., Warren. Great-grandparents are Blaine and Maxine Leach of Philippi, W.Va.
James and Judy (Mulder) Palermo of Indianapolis are announcing the birth of their third son, Mario James, Feb. 4 at Women's Hospital in Indianapolis. The baby is a grandson of Isabel Mancini of Youngstown, Nancy Mulder of Columbus and Joseph Palermo of Youngstown. His great-grandmother is Mamie Giampietro of Youngstown.
