GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Jenny R. Wingard, daughter of Marty and Sharon Wingard, 6 Woodbine Ave., and R. Brian Newhard, son of Gary and Claudia Newhard of Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, were married at 2 p.m. Feb. 2 at First Baptist Church.
The Rev. Ray Williams officiated, and a reception took place at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard. After a honeymoon trip to Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla., the couple are living in Austintown.
The bride wore a long-sleeved white gown trimmed with pearls, sequins and lace. It featured a V-neckline and a semicathedral train.
Honor attendants were Amy Wingard and Jennie Unger, and bridesmaids were Karen Giroski, Kathryn Wright, Regina Rhoades, Kelli Miller, Amy Williams, Jennifer Jones and Jennifer McMahon. They wore plum and silver gowns. Junior bridesmaid was Jennifer Dunn, and flower girls were Lindsey Wingard and Emilie Dunn.
John Newhard performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Aaron Selway, Korey Snyder, Steve Wright, Ryan Wingard, Rob Yonata, Chris Williams, Scott Wingard, Gary Newhard and James Stowell. Garrett Fisher was ring bearer.
A graduate of Mercer County Vocational School, Mrs. Newhard is employed as a licensed practical nurse at Sharon Regional Hospital in Sharon, Pa.
Her husband graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in criminal justice and is employed by Data-Com in North Lima.
